I was looking at my mother’s family tree. I can trace my mother side back to 5 generations of mothers; to my mother’s 2nd Great Grandmother.

I’m Susan, on the 6th generation.

My mother Lula, the mother of 19

Her mother Mary Anna, the mother of 11

Her mother Anna Laura, the mother of 3

Her mother Susan who the mother of 6

Her mother Delilah, the mother of Susan.

 Nymadula  "Nym" Lankfard
(1896- 1965)

Nymadual was the son of 

Robert Louis LANFORD and
Charlotta (DADE) LANKFORD / LANKFARD.

He was born on February 29, 1896 in St. Joseph, MO.

 Nym worked as a labor and traveled. 

He was married to Hattie McDANIEL.

Nym was married to Irene GARHMAN.

They had two children.

Frederick N. Lankgford / Lankford
(1931- 1937)

Nym was also married to a Gertrude "Gertie" ?

Nym is believed to  have passed on May 5, 1965 in Manhattan , NY.

April Blogs: #52 Ancestors 52 Weeks Journaling

Cemetery During the 1990's, I was walking around Ashland cemetery in St. Joseph, Missouri. I was searching for my ancestors. I'm thankful that I came across some of my relatives resting place. I found my Great Grandparents Robert and Charlotta (DADE) Lankfard's Tombstone

 Storms I couldn't find any storms on my family connections that I could write about. I can't think of anyone with a name with "storm" in nature. I was brainstorming on this topic.  What storms?

Taxes I haven't explored the taxes records on my ancestors. I don't know where to search. Someday, I will explore the taxes.

Maiden Aunt  I searched to see if I had any maiden Aunt who lived to be of age.  I had one aunt who died as a teenager. Other then that, I couldn't find any maiden Aunts to journal about.
